I am dedicated to providing clean, reliable, and affordable water to our community while promoting transparency, accountability, and respect in every interaction. My focus is on sustainable infrastructure, efficient water management, and service that the community can trust.

I’m a 62-year-old husband, father of four, and proud grandfather. My professional journey began in education, earning a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota and spending 13 years teaching Special Education. After leaving the classroom, I transitioned into real estate, selling houses and managing a rental property business that now includes nine units. Alongside this, I work part-time in roofing sales and stay connected with former students who are now adults.

My leadership experience extends to serving on a Montessori School Board, a Church Council, and coordinating a school district’s Special Olympics program for five years. I also owned and operated a campground for nine years, where I managed a small water system and worked closely with TCEQ regulations. These experiences have given me the skills and perspective to ensure reliable, sustainable water service for our community.

I am committed to building trust through honesty, integrity, and accountability. We ensure new developments are built with long-lasting infrastructure, maintain existing lines to prevent waste, and hold ourselves and our partners responsible for serving our community efficiently. Our mission is to provide clean water today while protecting resources for future generations.

With decades of experience in education, business, and community leadership, I understand the importance of accountability, efficiency, and long-term planning.

I will focus on building and maintaining infrastructure that lasts, repairing compromised lines quickly to prevent waste, and holding all partners and staff responsible for delivering dependable service. My approach ensures that every customer receives water they can trust, while protecting resources for future generations.
