As a husband, father, grandfather, and lifelong educator, I value service, integrity, and accountability. My goal is simple — to ensure Crystal Clear Special Utility District provides clean, reliable, and affordable water for everyone.
With a Master’s in Education and 13 years teaching Special Education, I’ve learned to lead with patience, fairness, and transparency. My experience managing rental homes, operating a small water system, and working with TCEQ regulations gives me practical insight into how to run systems efficiently and responsibly.
Through years of community service — from school and church boards to coordinating Special Olympics — I’ve learned that true leadership means listening, staying accountable, and putting people first.
